Our program combines debtor / creditor accounting and invoicing in a single function.

By its nature, this program does not respect the rules of accounting standardization, it is subject to the specifics of each customer who, depending on its business sector, it needs special invoicing.

Nevertheless, the functions listed below satisfy the majority of the customers; obviously we are always available to every customer in order to make customizations to the program.

• (*) Automatic management of payments through magnetic support that it comes directly from the bank according to the standard interbank system (DTA).

Supplier

• Registration of the invoices of the supplier
• Management and control of the deadline
• Payment note (*).
• Automatic transfer of invoices and payments to general accounting.

OPTIONS

• (*) Sending payments to the bank on magnetic media (or via WEB) according to the standard interbank system (ZED).
• Preparation and printing of barcode labels for the automatic detection when filling in a receipt or bulletin.

• Items and stock management.
• Loading and unloading of automatic and / or manual warehouse.
• Print inventory and price lists.
• History of sold by item.
